I have spent some hours during this lockdown doing some art tutorials online. I love doing these because usually it’s painting something I never would have considered painting, and it’s a great challenge and usually lots of fun. Like this bee. This was a fun little exercise that Emme LeFebvre on youtube had posted last month. At first I thought “how boring” but it was quite enjoyable and I’m happy with the finished journal entry in my watercolor journal. What was most enjoyable was getting to use my new iridescent paint on the wings. It’s hard to see on the computer screen but they are very sparkly and fun.
