We are finally hitting the weeks in the garden of harvesting veggies, flowers, and herbs every day. I love it! It is so fantastic to head out to the garden and head back in with a full large basket full of goodies. Also starting to dig out recipes for zucchini, other than sautéing and adding them to EVERYTHING. Lol. I think today’s zucchini creation will be zucchini bread, which I loved as a kid. My mom made it frequently in the summer. I hated the idea that zucchini was in it, as I hated squash growing up, but it always tasted like cinnamon, butter, and walnuts so I loved eating it.
