Hello! I am Christine, married mother of three wonderful girls, and four adorable grandchildren. My husband and I bought a farm and are in the process of making it a place where we can offer workshops from visiting artists (and some of my own), as well as short retreats.
Here at Holland Spring we grow a lot of our own veggies (seasonal) and are continually adding to our flower gardens, to add to the inspiration for our visiting artists.
We are located in beautiful Bucks County, a little over an hour outside of NYC, and less than an hour from Philadelphia.
We started this journey 7 years ago to provide a space where our youngest daughter can work. Shannon loves working in the garden, and selling her flowers at our roadside flower stand. There is an unemployment rate of 80% for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and we are hoping to put a dent in that number, at least locally. And to provide a peaceful and beautiful place where Shannon can work and live.
